Prices
We reserve the right to alter advertised prices at any time. We also reserve the right to correct errors in both advertised and confirmed prices. Changes and errors sometimes occur. You must check the price of your chosen arrangements at the time of booking.
Capacity
It is a booking condition that the number of people occupying the property may not exceed the advertised capacity, without prior written consent. Owners may abort your booking without refund in the event you breach this condition. When the minimum occupancy is booked, certain rooms may not be accessible; this is subject to the owner’s discretion. It is finest to check with us before booking if you have any queries about this.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Opyhome and its affiliates and their respective officers, directors, employees and agents from and against all demands, losses, liability, claims or expenses, including attorneys’ fees, made against Opyhome by any third party due to or arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site.

Separate terms and conditions, including your cancellation rights, if any, will apply to your reservation and purchase of travel-related goods and services that you select. Miscellaneous
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. You consent and submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Turkey, in all questions and controversies arising out of your use of this site and this Agreement. The relationship between Opyhome and you will be that of independent contractors, and neither of us nor any of our respective officers, agents or employees will be held or construed to be partners, joint ventures, fiduciaries, employees or agents of the other. If any part of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable pursuant to applicable law, including the warranty disclaimers and liability limitations set forth above, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision and the remainder of these Terms shall continue in effect. You may not assign, convey, subcontract or delegate your rights, duties or obligations hereunder.
Use of the Site
You may not use the Site or any Content for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms or that infringes the rights of Opyhome or others.
You also agree not to: (1) make any false, speculative or fraudulent inquiry, request or reservation; (2) take any action that imposes, or may impose an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our infrastructure; (3) access, monitor or copy any content or information of this Site using any deep-link, page-scrape, robot, spider or other automatic device, program, algorithm or any similar process; (4) use any device, software or routine to interfere with the proper working of the Site, any transaction being conducted on the Site or any other person’s use of the Site; or (5) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or any systems or networks connected to the Site by hacking or any other illegitimate means.
No Warranties; Limitation of Liabilities
While Opyhomel uses reasonable efforts to include accurate and up-to-date information on the site, Opyhome makes no warranties or representations as to its accuracy. The properties, information, products and services published on this site may include mistakes or errors, including pricing errors. In particular, Opyhome does not guarantee the accuracy of, and disclaims all liability for any errors or other inaccuracies relating to information and description of the villas and other travel products displayed on this site (Including, without limitation, the pricing, photographs, list of amenities and general product descriptions) much of which information is provided by the respective suppliers. In addition, Opyhome clearly reserves the right to correct any pricing errors on the website and/or on pending reservation made under an incorrect price. In such event, you will have the option to keep your pending reservation at the correct price or cancel it without penalty. The property owners and other suppliers providing travel or other services in connection with the site are independent contractors and not agents or employees of Opyhome. Opyhome and its affiliates are not liable for the acts, errors, representations, commissions, warranties, breaches or negligence of any such suppliers or for any personal injuries, death, property damage or other damages and/or expenses resulting therefrom. By offering travel products and services located in particular destinations, Opyhome does not represent or warrant that travel to such points is advisable or without risk and is not liable for damages or losses that may result from travel to such destinations.
The information and services provided or referenced on the site are provided “as is” and with all faults and the entire risk as to satisfactory quality, performance, accuracy and effort is with the user. No event shall Opyhome, its affiliates and/or their respective suppliers be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of this website or for any viruses, software, information, linked sites, products and services obtained through the site or otherwise arising out of the use of the site, whether based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability or otherwise even if Opyhome, its affiliates or any of their respective suppliers has been advised of the possibility of damages.

If you do not wish to receive such information, you may ask us in writing not to receive it. We do not and cannot see or use your credit card or banking information. Transactions are carried out by partner financial providers or your bank. The only credit information we receive is success or failure of the transaction.
You can choose not to provide us with some of the information we request, however as a result we may not be able to complete your arrangements.

The site, together with being a secure site, can not be held responsible for any damage that third parties may cause to any person / person as a result of legal or illegal behavior because the internet environment can never be fully secured.
Cancelation Policy
Should you need to cancel your chosen holiday after the confirmation notice has been sent, the party leader must inform us as soon as possible by e-mail. Verbal cancellations are not accepted. Please ensure you have adequate insurance cover for this eventuality. Your notification of cancellation will only be effective once it is received in writing by us and the following cancellation charges will be payable.
Where the cancellation charge is shown as a percentage, this is calculated on the basis of the total cost payable.
Non Refundable Rate: No Refund under any circumstances.
Payment Policy: Full prepayment upon booking is required for this special rate. Non changeable and non refundable.
Cancellation Policy: Upon booking, entire stay amount will be charged to your credit card. In case of cancellation, the prepayment is non refundable.
Flexi Rate
Booking Deposit 30% – No Refund under any circumstances. Cancellation 60 to 31 days before arrival: Refund = 50% of money paid
Cancellation 30 days or less than 30 days before arrival: No Refund under any circumstances
Depending on the reason for cancellation, you may be able to reclaim these cancellation charges (less any applicable excess) under the terms of your insurance policy. Claims must be made directly to the insurance company concerned.
