Our villa with an infinity pool for rent, located in the Turgutreis region, with the most magnificent panoramic view of the Aegean, has a total of 4 bedrooms and has an accommodation capacity of 9 people including children. The space

There is a private parking area for 2 cars at the entrance of our duplex villa, and there are 3 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms in this part. On the upper floor, there is an open-plan living room kitchen, where you can enjoy the unique sea view of the Aegean from every angle, and a bedroom with a dressing room, also with an en-suite bathroom. From the living room, you can access the private infinity pool and the terrace.

Turgutreis & Bodrum

The second largest town on the Bodrum peninsula, Turgutreis provides the visitor with a glimpse of real Turkish life combined with sufficient recreational amenities for everyone.Turgutreis is named after the great Turkish Admiral of the same name who was born here in the 16th century. Known in the west as Dragut, Turgutreis is primarily known for his participation in the Ottoman siege of Malta. A few kilometers outside of town a waterfront memorial marks the place where he first set sail. Today the town bearing the great admiral's name is a center for commerce on the western side of the peninsula. Produce from the surrounding villages is collected here for transport, bakeries, shops and services flourish. For the more recreational minded, Turgutreis features kilometers of sandy beaches, waterfront restaurants and bars all with a special Turkish flavor.

The number of people specified in the reservation is considered as the basis for accommodation and excess capacity is not allowed. The guests will act in accordance with the general respect and neighborhood rules towards those living in the villas and residences around the villas / apartments and will avoid any disturbing behavior and noise. In addition, they will not take part in any activity that is legally illegal. The guest is also responsible for possible accidents, damages and illegal activities arising from his / her own faults and behaviors in the rented house during the stay and other individuals staying in the residence. The guests agree to present a valid identity document, including infants and children, in accordance with the provisions of the Identity Reporting Law No. 1774 and undertake that the information they provide is correct and complete.
