The number of people specified in the reservation is considered the basis for accommodation and excess capacity is not allowed. The guests will act in accordance with the general respect and neighborhood rules towards those living in the villas and residences around the villas/apartments. They will avoid any disturbing behavior and noise. In addition, they will not take part in any activity that is legally illegal. The guest is also responsible for possible accidents, damages, and illegal activities arising from his / her own faults and behaviors in the rented house during the stay and with other individuals staying in the residence. The guests agree to present a valid identity document, including infants and children, per the provisions of the Identity Reporting Law No. 1774 and ensure that the information they provide is correct and complete. Pets are not accepted. The party and event cannot be organized. Smoking is prohibited in closed areas.
